If you create or edit an object, you should be able to maintain or change the folder in the EGF under General.

It would be great if the user-defined properties that are created are already assigned to the object (similar to the Management tab of the EGF) and can then be maintained with values accordingly. In any case, they are only output once content has been maintained.

If you have "built" a view with corresponding columns in Explorer, it should be possible to export this view to Excel.

If you are working on several processes in a process branch, but only want to release and import 1 of them, you must automatically import the entire branch and thus bring unfinished processes into your productive system. Enable individual imports into the process branch.

It would be nice if viflow also had an auto-save function similar to the MS Office products. It has often happened to me that viflow hangs, closes and reopens when loading users from the AD or similar. If it at least saved in the meantime, not all changes would be lost.

Possibility to archive processes (process versions) When revising a process in the model, leave the existing process as valid. As soon as the process is revised and released, the "old" process is archived and replaced by the new revision. The "old" processes remain in the tree and can be viewed if required.

It would be nice to be able to use the user import to create an organization chart. Our AD already offers department, division, location, why not use this data? The model runs locally on our own server anyway, so it wouldn't be a problem in terms of data protection. It would at least make it easier to generate it once. Especially when restructuring entire departments.

In addition to users, viflow should also be able to import groups from the AD. The function should work in the same way as the user import.

The AI-driven search searches the viflow help and knowledge database for relevant content.

As a QM manual maintainer, I create new users in Viflow; new employees start here every month. Most users are given the same roles, areas and memberships as existing users. It would make my work much easier and prevent errors if all references could be transferred from one user to another.

I would like a pop-up window to appear when I open a certain page. Similar to the "normal" Internet, e.g. when I open the free page of an online newspaper, an advertising window opens on the page. I would like this to look like screenshot 2, so that I can see a KPI window that graphically displays my key figures live. A simple traffic light display with red - yellow - green (screenshot 3) would be enough for me. It is important to me that it is not the status from the last export, but the current status - which I obtain from an MS Teams source from Sharepoint, for example. At best, as with advertising, I can access this file by clicking on it.

It should be possible to save a separate search profile for each list in the WebModel.

The same key figures are often used for several processes. If the key figure values could be entered "centrally" and not individually for each process, this would make the work considerably easier.

In the meeting with Mr. Andre Hartzer I asked for a possibility to protect process graphics against accidental editing, so that a released process is not accidentally set to "editing" by e.g. moving it. This is currently not possible in ViFlow. From my point of view, it would be very desirable if there were a way to protect process graphics against accidental editing, e.g. with a query for released processes such as "Do you really want to edit the released process?"

Only 1 person responsible can be defined for a process under Management. I would like to store more than 1 person responsible for some pages (organization chart and for some processes). Especially if the process is valid in several departments, but in different forms, this makes sense. I also have a deputy who I would like to designate as the person responsible.

In previous versions, it was possible not to display the feedback button and thus deactivate the function.

For other reports, such as potentials, it is possible to export them to Excel. Unfortunately, this option is not available for the Key figures report. This would be particularly useful to have a better overview of all key figures and to be able to use the corresponding adjustments and filter functions.

As a user, I would like to have the option in the WebModel settings to switch the "Select in" function in the context menu on or off in order to customize the functionality of the context menu to my needs.

A separate "Keywords" field, at least for the information, should help to make documents easier for the user to find. Take the operating instructions as an example. The terms commonly used in the company, such as "manual", "handbook", "operating instructions", "operating instructions", etc., can be stored in a separate field without having to be incorporated or appended in the notes.
