Do not adjust the modification date for translations

It has been noticed that the change date changes when translations are maintained, even if nothing changes in the process graphics or the released content in German. This means that the change date is after the release date. Either you have to release the corresponding processes in German again after editing the translations or you have to explain during the audit by the Notified Body why the change date is later than the release date. Both ways are not nice.

It would therefore be good if the change date in German was not changed when maintaining the translations or if the data could be set separately for each language.
