Improve user import from AD

I often use the user import from the AD. On the one hand, it would be nice if information from the AD (department, location) were also included as information, on the other hand, it would be good if you didn't have to keep opening the entire "tree" in the AD to navigate to where you select the users. If you do this once, could the selected path, for example "Company - Employees", not remain selected?
