A small suggestion to simplify the creation of entries in my opinion. It would certainly make sense to store the entries for situation and impact in the potentials area as a database entry so that you only have to call them up if necessary and do not have to re-enter them.

I am currently preparing the risk management for our ISO 9001 and at the same time I am creating the risk management for our ISO 14001 certification, here there are similar requirements in many areas, so that a situation or an effect may apply several times to potentials from the different management systems. It would be ideal if it were possible to assign several situations or effects, as combinations of these are often useful. Just like with measures or the potentials themselves.
