Block process against editing

There are increasing problems with released processes jumping back to the "in progress" status without anything having been knowingly changed in the process.

This error makes working with viflow extremely tiring, which is why it would be very good if there was a solution to this.

Possibly a query: "Do you really want to edit the process?"
